The founder and head of Hotel Engineers is George Plageras, a mechanical engineer with 12 years of experience in the field of operating permits, electromechanical design, construction and project management.
The core of the team consists of professionals with long-term experience in a wide range of technical and creative services, fully covering the needs of design, construction and supervision of projects. Specialization includes architectural design and construction, engineering support, project management and technical supervision, structural studies and permitting, as well as interior design with emphasis on decoration, material innovation and overall aesthetics of the spaces.
The team additionally includes skilled professionals in areas such as architecture, mechanical engineering, electrical and energy inspection, surveying, landscape architecture and geomatics. Through the collaboration of different disciplines, an integrated approach to the design, permitting and implementation of engineering projects is offered, focusing on quality, functionality and aesthetics.

Hotel Engineers is active in the field of licensing of tourist accommodation, undertaking the issuance of building permits, the legalization of unauthorized constructions, the issuance or renewal of operating permits (EOT mark) for hotels, rooms to let and tourist residences, the licensing of camping, operating licenses for swimming pools and health facilities, conversion of existing or listed buildings into tourist accommodation, upgrading of hotels to a higher category (stars), issuing fire safety and energy efficiency certificates, and certificates of suitability for sewerage networks.

In the field of hotel accommodation surveys, we undertake architectural, structural, electromechanical and topographical studies, landscape architecture, interior design, fire safety and energy efficiency studies.
